    "WBA president Gilberto Jesus Mendoza previously confirmed to jeetwin188.com that neither side is any longer permitted to file for an exception. The WBA is prepared to strip whatever party refuses to move forward with the fight, even if it means forcing both to relinquish their belts and ordering two new contenders to fight for the vacant title."

      Stop the bleating. Either pay up or let PBC or someone else put the fight on. The fight with Warrington will still be there no matter the result against Santa Cruz

        Strip Leigh Wood already if he won't fight under WBA purse split rules.

        He's not a real world champion anyway.

          Well Hearn needs to call LSC bluff; win the purse bid and force him to either come to UK to fight wood or give up the title. Looks like anything else will see wood getting stripped.

            Hearn has been posturing Wood with his ****ty title for nearly a year now. He's just a British bum who chanced on a title with a lucky KO.

            LSC, as far past it as he is, will annihilate this British bum on his worse day

              How can he become one when the "champ" refuses to defend? Strip LSC when was the last time he defended his belt? You know he'd want a "tune-up" befofre doing so. WBA is a joke. Screw them.

                Wood didn't get the title from Conlan. He got it from Can. Wood dominated that fight.

                Had Conlan got up and continued with the completion of the 12 rounds, Wood would have won on the cards. That isn't lucky.

                Wood ****s Leo out and sends him into retirement. Leo, the corrupt WBA, and Haymon don't want it though. That's why the WBA were ordered by Haymon to create the 75/25 split in Leo's favour to shut down Eddie bidding on the fight. To do so would mean Eddie paying millions to Leo in order to match Wood's last payday of 750,000.

                As for bums, the US is the epicentre for such low level fighters with nothing on their resumes. Just garbage. They personify the word "Hypejob". No substance, just hype.

                  Would you shutup? I just witness Kiko Martinez flatten another UK hypejob a few weeks ago. Woods is **** and will get outworked and outgunned by shot Leo.

                    Agreed: Fa$t £ddie & Leigh Wood both need to be present @ the Orlando convention to push this matter. LSC has got away with this & hung on to the belt for far too long.
