Truly great fighter in this modern era and with so few fights - he has to be nearing the top of the PFP food chain! But stop with the damn cliche's like Algerie and his Skills pay the bills the other day for some fighter and this article with "Wants all the smoke". These and other cliche's are worn the FK out!!!

I can't wait to watch the rematch with Estrada because Estrada has won all his rematches with those that defeated him.

Now I gotta rid my mind of the thought of Algieri "closing (his) eyes and thinking about when Bam Rodriguez will be the No. 1 pound-for-pound fighter in the world".

            Wtf, Chris lol.

He started at 108 not too long ago and now they’re talking like if he should face a guy that’s on his way to featherweight in Inoue.
Japan is where the money is for Bam.

Although he likely is the best at 115 right now, given the money movement Bam should be willing to travel to Japan in the case of Superfly if he really wants the payday he deserves.

Best case is the NYE party 2024 at Japan if against Ioka if he wins this weekend.

                OR

Given that Ioka has mandos due (he pushed it off a LOT due to really wanting the unification with Estrada which ultimately fell through and thus went to Martinez) if the scheduling doesn't work out, then Bam unifying against Tanaka in Japan to raise his profile then a 2025 Golden Week undisputed fight w/Ioka which possibly could be Ioka's retirement fight but a good one.

Only if Martinez wins this weekend then Bam should do a three belt unification in USA later in the year, but in that case he probably becomes B-side due to number of belts.

" Give him his flowers" and "Cap" are two that I won't miss.

To me the worst ever is when they put in a no-hoper with a ton of losses in the ring with an unbeaten fighter and they say this about the no-hoper: "Battle Tested", "Comes to win", "Upset minded", "winner of his last 2 fights" despite having 4 straight losses before that. Or a guy who clearly has nothing left and he says "Didn't train right in the past", or "rededicated to the sport" which always means they are about to lose.
