I wasn't aware of this at the time, although I watched the whole card, but maybe I made a drink or had a bathroom break during those intervals. Anyway, Carlos Adames clearly won that fight to me and if they have a rematch, I will be in touch with a bookmaker early doors.
I doubt anything dodgy actually went on with sharing scores during the fight. Turki just supporting his guy and trying to get him going in a fight he was clearly losing.
The BS thing was the result, Adames deserved to win. But he was the away fighter on the night and that sort of thing goes on everywhere unfortunately.
Take a look at Sheeraz's face in the article pic...he looks frustrated and flustered and like a deer in the headlights which is EXACTLY how he fought from round 4 onwards when he realised Adames was legit and NOT a 'paper champ'.
Also, it's pretty disgusting how Turki clearly paid off 2 judges before the fight because if Sheeraz managed to secure a draw and win with that performance, just imagine the kind of ridiculous scorecards in his favour if the fight had been competitive!
