Winning is everything in sports a fighter need not recklessly engage and take unnecessary punishment and blows see out get out this betting is a prime example am I a bad sport if my bets win or is playing fair losing money explain how I didn’t take punishment pissin off my fans the narrative is deathly fights like recently in Africa when dude ain’t even collecting $50 When Inoue was smashed to the canvas are you saying that’s earning respect that each boxer has to take a beating last time I looked there is a winner and there is a loser the shield on the Largest belt can’t carry a body drop the narrative

The second statement is about somebody else i.e. Turki running a promotion and taking a hit on it by offering one of Bob's fighters really big money for a non competitive fight - once again Bob making money (money is money).

In other words, Bob is a businessman and Turki isn't. Bob runs profitable promotions while Turki is giving away state's money for some other purpose.
Yeah, I don't get why this is complicated. It's sure not hypocrisy. He's saying "I'm gonna put up good events, because profitable business is built on happy clients. But if somebody else wants to pay one of my guys for a fight that won't be a good event, but only makes that other promoter look bad, fine, show me that money too."

Yes, thank you. Finally somebody can see the obvious business logic.

What Bob can't handle is a promoter actually paying his fighters high dollars instead of keeping a death grip on all the money. He can't help it....it goes against his beliefs.
