Hahahaha. "We" are anyone who grew up in areas where certain aspects of life are expected as fundamental certains (running water, sewage systems, paved roads, safety and security, stable governments and currency, basic freedoms, etc.). I count myself in that lot.

I didn't mean to infer that those in Mexico are the only ones struggling. There are many around the world where life is hard. I have travelled around the world and consider myself fortunate compared to many others.
