Eat lots, you need a calorie surplus to gain muscle. This means you'll gain fat too, you can do it without gaining fat but its very slow going.
If you have no weights do some research on bodyweight exercises and do the tougher ones like 1 arm pushups, 1 arm pullups (with or without some sort of assistance), 1 legged squats, pistols etc. Alot of bodyweight exercises can be made tougher by shifting your foot, hand or body position or adding weight somehow. Gymnastics rings are good for making things tougher. Try to make it tough enough so you can fail between 5-12 reps. The lower the reps the better for strength. The higher the reps the better for endurance. Mass is somewhere in the middle.

Yea if you want to gain lots of muscle without weight training then you're not going to get a lot of gain.
Having a surplus of calories is a must in order to gain any weight, fat muscle whatever. If you don't want your weight gain to be fat you're going to have to do some weight training.
As Landon said, go for the bodyweight exercises that work you the most. Keep the intensity up and the diet right and you should see some gains. You have to make sure it's intense and pushing your muscles to the max.
Hap hazardly doing 100 push-ups won't help you out too much.

without weights you have no choice but to do a lot of calisthenics. there's this article about training to do 1000 pushups a day that can give a decent amount of gain. also, when you eat to gain muscle, you're going to gain fat as well, but there's this trick to manipulate your metabolism so you can stay cut. i forget the details but the gist of it is you take in a high amount of calories one day and then a low amount the next day. i forgot the exact biological process but it tricks your body to keep a low fat % while keeping muscle. i'll link the articles if i find it again.
