I personally think high protein in your diet, in moderation, is good for your body. Too much, like with anything, has some negatives.

Im going to continue to eat steak regardless.
Big Think didn't do the scientific research..."scientists at the University of Washington’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME)"

Koch Brothers fund these research projects through Bigthink.

You obviously just stumbled upon Bigthink and arent aware of how they operate.

Not a big deal. Im still going to eat red meat.

Not gonna lie, since I've gotten closer to 40 my stomach doesnt do well with ground beef anymore. I also found my self feeling lethargic after I eat it. I kinda figure now as I get older to just listen to my body.

I've slowed down on fattier red meats like ribeyes and burgers, but I can't live without my sirloin, London broil, flank, etc.

Moderation is key like you said. Also being in tune with your own body is key. Your body gives you warning signs when you have too little or too much of 1 thing.

Yeah as you get older you need to adjust red meat, pork, liquor, starches and anything fried or sweet.

                Basically anything really good. Lol.
