When I was a kid we had some chickens and few ducks too. Living in an urban neighborhood, I'm guessing our neighbors were none too pleased.

They were easy though, as I remember it, but you still have to be there to make sure there's fresh water and food. You can't just get in the car and be gone for a week.

I think so. I think it's too cold to build normal houses or something so they have to use igloos. Maybe they could make a house out of seal bones if they collect enough of them.

There will be heat waves in the coming years that kill thousands in a few day span in parts of Africa.

It will weigh on humanity more than you think to see so many humans wiped out from a single heat wave. Devastating to the soul.
