It's one of those professions where half the guys are probably fruitcakes.

That lifelong desire to get up on stage and act all animated and cartoonish to please a crowd... It just seems like it would attract lots of ho mos.

So he’s apologizing for his best performances? WTH

I have a feeling he should apologize for his upcoming one (for being wack)

He will be forgiven. Too much at stake. Coming to America sequel will be a huge production. Plus he has a taste for ******** which he can spin.

Or who knows, maybe he really does regret it? Most of us said and did ****** stuff when we were young, but it doesn't live in infamy forever like Eddie's specials.
LOL yea good point. Im far too cynical about these rich mfer/business mfer moves that likely involve a round table discussion with a team of folks before anything gets done 99% of the time, but you are right this could be one of those times where a Im sorry is just an Im sorry. Id bet against it lifetime & be winning far more than not Im sure, but this could be one of the Ls.

                    holy ****e.

usually I'm 100% against sequels to classics or reboots and stuff but this can actually be dope if done right. I'm hyped

The old guys will probably say what the hell's with all this MMA crap? Guys rolling around all on the floor and kicking. Reminds me of that Grudge Match movie where Stallone and Deniro attend an MMA fight to promote their boxing match and Stallone says "We had a name for people that kicked when they fought...girls" lol. And they'll probably have the same complaints hardcore fans have in real life about not enough guys fighting the best opponents, just wanting to make money, not fighting often enough, not being hungry enough and everything being on pay per view. "Back in the day, a guy would fight for a quarter and a biscuit and you'd get a much better fight. Eye would be out of the socket, but he'd be back next week to fight again" that could be a possible line.

And as for the apology, it isn't really necessary. People need to understand it was a different time. That humor was more acceptable then so grow the hell up. If they don't like it, nobody is forcing them to watch those comedy specials. Like Dennis Miller once said on his HBO talk show "You too can be poked fun at. Come, join in our reindeer games."
