French Y12 promotions headed by Johann Zaoui won purse bids for the right to stage the IBF eliminator between Kevin Lele Sadjo (24-0) and Christian Mbili (28-0).
Y12 bid 878 000 USD while Canadian Eye of the Tiger finished second best with an offer of 776 000 USD.
Y12 plans to stage the fight in Paris in May.
The winner will become the mandatory challenger for IBF champ William Scull.
