      you dont have to, go on the punchbag and throw as many left hands as you can that day, start off slow, excersiing the perfect technique, then as you get more confident throw it harder, then from the left hand, go to the left to the body, then the left uppercut/hook, etc etc, throw like a thousand left hands a day, very soon you will get a lot better...

        im a left hander but i fight in orthadox but my power in my hands are about the same but i just cant hack being in southpaw so yea do what makes you feel comfortable also if ur trainer is making u stay orthadox you should just shadowbox slowly till you get proper technique practise makes perfect!

          I like orthodox stance because i have a strong right hand
          I like Southpaw because i have a good Jab and strong right leg lead so it makes me feel more dominate, i cant get smothered in this stance.

          Which should i use Orthodox or Southpaw?
          also if you know any tips or workouts that could make my left hand stronger please post it!
          do what feels more comfortable...then work from there.
