    Put Weight On, Without Weights?

    hey guys,

    i have lost quite alot of weight recently, about august last year i weighed 186 pounds. i was not fat(as i am 6'2,so i wore it quite well)but i did have a little bit of fat on me.

    and i really cranked up my running, push ups blah blah blah.

    and i am now down at 164, and being so tall i look like a f**king rake!!

    anyone got good ways of putting some weight on so i fill out a bit without using weights?

    any help would be great

    p.s. do you think i should just increse my calorie intake? or could i do it through exercise?
