    making weight

    i'm 125 lbs, my body fat is 6.6% -7% (fluxtuates) muscle % is about 51%

    would I be able to make 119, if i dieted...ate healthier etc?? or should I just sit in 125.

    my height is 5'5 1/2 or 5'6

    are you fighting professionally? if not then I wouldnt kill myself just to make weight.

      You could, but you will be a bit weak, because you dont have to much fat or water to lose. You will be losing a bit of mass.

      Since you are pure muscle I think you should go as low as 122, not lower.

        I have gone as low as 122, I wasn't weak, that was with no food in my stomach and a lean diet. !19 is a bit harder though. I don't want to get weaker, if i can't make 119 I guess 125 is the way to go.

        I box in Canada, amatuer weight classes don't include 122.

          what about my height at 125, I know professionally my height is not uncommon, but in the amatuers 125 my coach said i'd almost always be the shorter guy - which shocked me because I'm not that stocky, just average.

          any truth to this?

          If I'm fighting 6 ft tall beanpoles though, that would suck.

            If I was you. I'd fight at 122. That was Barrera's best weight class Imo.

              I am at 125. Just cut down to bantamweight from feather. But I am 5'10" I will DOMINATE hahah.

                    Nah, Cuddy. I've heard about one in a city 20 miles away from where I live, but I'm too lazy to go to a gym. I'll go after I'm done with school.
