Mmmkayy.. so i'm new to this blog and all that jazz, but I want to get into boxing. I want to just go head first into this ****. Don't know where to start training wise. Dad says I'm pretty fast and I'm 19 so I think it's good timing for me to engage in it. Thing is, I am overweight however I have lost about 70 pounds myself so I mean motivation and dedication aren't things that I'm short of. I am headstrong and resilient..but it's like I'm not sure how I should be training and what not. I have the passion I just need direction. Tips would be very much appreciated all I ask is that you don't tone any suggestion down just because I'm a chick. I know I could kick ass just as good as any man out there in given time.
