At least in the new one the fight scenes are good, Batman doesn't sound like cookie monster, and the plot actually makes sense.

The entire plot of Batman Begins hinges on nobody among the 8 million or more citizens of Gotham heating any water to the point of vaporization for over two weeks. In a city of that many people, zero among them cooked any food, did any laundry, washed any dishes, or took any hot showers. Because if any of them had it would've activated the Scarecrow's toxin in the water supply.

The entire plot of The Dark Knight hinges on Joker being able to predict extremely specific coincidences involving people he's never met several days in advance. He intentionally gets himself arrested and somehow knows before hand that nobody will clean off his makeup and that a lone guard will come into his cell solo with the keys on hand to facilitate his escape. Ridiculously bad movie. It's one of those movies like Donnie Darko, where if someone tells you it was great you automatically know they're a moron who doesn't understand basic plot structure.

And then Dark Knight Rises? Batman is at the bottom of an unguarded African prison in a hole in the desert, which for some reason has access to Gotham local news, and there happens to be a magic chiropractor at the bottom of the hole that can fix a broken spinal column?
I agree. It's getting overrated just like Titanic.

I like the new Joker character, but the film seemed like it dragged
