Technically it is illegal and if they catch you while driving they will take your license , but for the rest pretty everyone can smoke without any problems ,
We grow for the Dutch coffeeshops here so weed is really cheap here , cheaper than in the Netherlands 7/gram for Amnesia haze , in the Netherlands it's now 12 but 10 if you buy 5 grams
