It’s been a busy week for accusers. Diddy, NY mayor Adams, Jamie Foxx, Axel Rose. These women are seeing how they can spin their consensual slutty past into a fat settlement with little to no credible evidence. There needs to be a statute of limitations and long prison sentences for any women who is proven to be lying. It’s one thing when you have multiple women who can describe in detail now it went down, it’s another when you have one or two ghosts from your past with slut-remorse trying to ruin your life for a payday.

what can happen is you get one come of the woodwork and try to make a case out of it and then you can get some chancers who might have had consensual relations with him that jump on board. lawyers and these people get together and build a case knowing that they'll all get paid if they stick to the same story and convince a jury of something that may not have even happened. Happens all the time in law.

he might well be guilty. But on the flip side, it's not really that difficult to get four or five people together to stick to a story knowing they're all going to cash in. If all it takes is no evidence and just the testimony of a small handful of women all looking for the same thing to influence a jury then I don't think that's a particularly good way to run the justice system. Especially when this all happened quite a long time ago and every single one of them met up with him consensually for relations...

I agree with the no physical evidence or documented history, but he was sentenced 30 years in prison, so it was a criminal case.
Do we know if he’s also supposed to pay his victims in addition to the time in prison?

What gets me su****ious is when the accuser waits until the statute of limitation has passed, then they file a civil suit, suing for monetary compensation.
