Comments Thread For: Tyson Fury-Oleksandr Usyk III to take place on April 18, 2026? No deal, no talks, no agreement

There is no substance to Tyson Fury's claims that he's fighting Oleksandr Usyk a third time

BS must be attempting to compensate for declining engagement by publishing all these nothing burger Fury articles.

You learned BS are desperate for engagement.

It's disappointing to see Matt Christie's name next to a worthless stub article like this. Rather than attempt to compete with the clickbaiters BS should focus on quality investigative journalism.

By asking the right questions of the ABC in regard to the WBA it's possible the latter could be destroyed. A good first question is why their grandly announced HQ relocation to the US never happened. (We can surmise that it's because they didn't want to risk opening themselves up to forensic FBI investigation but someone needs to ask the question - FYI kafkod)

Fury gets described as unpredictable, and I keep posting that he is the exact opposite. He follows the same patterns again and again.

We're a week out from a big fight and he starts trying to make news. We've been here before many times. Boring, predictable Fury

I'll believe Fury when he's dead. But even then...

I'm not surprised Fury announced his comeback. The guy keeps doing the same thing over and over again. I used to like him because of his story, but he's become a diva and has a massive ego. I personally have no interested in a trilogy between him and Usyk. All these massive heavyweights that were the top guys until Usyk arrived, are still crying because Usyk burst their bubbles and simply beat them fair and square. There's two fights that come to mind that I would prefer Fury to take: Anthony Joshua for obvious reasons and a Daniel Duboise fight. The latter though depends on how good Daniel performs against Usyk.

A rematch with Usyk doesn’t sound like such a bad idea next year. He’s slowly diminishing anyhow. Moreover, it doesn’t matter whether or not it’s for a title either because Triple D would have cleaned out the heavyweight division by that time anyway.
