a lady from Chile was almost cussed out because she told the waiter "No seas pinche" which in Mex spanish is "no seas taca�o" dont be cheap

funny you mentioned alcapurrias, i was in my old hood (Paterson) a couple weeks ago and since I don't go there as much I always pass by this Rican spot called Bayamon and picked me up some alcapurrias (de guineo y yuca) and some cuajitos

The word "Pachuco" in Costa Rica refers to somebody who uses a lot of slang and are from the lower class whereas in Mexican slang it's what people called the zoot suiters that originated in El Paso/Juarez in the 1930's.

paisa for mex/pr is countryman/homie and for venezuelans es como si fuera pendejo.

fregar for ricans is to wash dishes, for mexicans it's to mess around/ bother.

still remember the first time a mexican told me "deja de fregar wey" - the look on my face.

I've heard that ^^^ word before, I always thought it meant someone short
