He does? So then I ask you, were those guys' legacies hurt by not working in WWF or not being there for an extended period of time? And he said Pride guys left after losing in the UFC. Yeah because they were past prime by then after having plenty of wars in the ring. So I guess by that logic, you have to work for a sleazebag promoter who will treat you like crap, even if you beat fighters who worked for that same promotion somewhere else who weren't that far removed from their primes. Uh yeah, that doesn't add up. This from a guy who claimed there was never a scene that took place in the dream world in Freddy vs. Jason. Talk about drugs, he must have some good hookups to be saying stuff like that.

Fedor got exposed in octagon against MILFs like Henderson when he was still in good shape. His skills were effective on Pride hypejobs. DC, Cain, JDS, Miocic, Ngannou, Jones would eat him. Also, he was too small for modern HWs. He is LHW for modern standards.

At one point Pride stole a lot of the top UFC talent, but I can't remeber if Fedor actually fought any of them

He fought and beat Coleman and Randleman, who were both heavyweight champions in the UFC.

They lost in the UFC they weren’t the best fighters going into Pride . They were on a down slide in UFC in general there wasn’t actually one particular guy who maintained a steady dominance at HW that’s why no UFC champion has ever defended the title more then 3 times in about 30 years or so when a title was introduced in 1995 . Defeating UFC champions isn’t even a point because that could be several guys going from UFC 1 ,anyone who is able to maybe defend the UFC heavyweight title at least 5 times maybe the best achievement in mma bc no one’s ever accomplished it .

Fedor actually had his chance to solidify his mark in mma against a healthy Lesnar but got cold feet . It would have been biggest name on his resume ,he didn’t fight anyone as dangerous as that and even admitted he never fought anyone like Brock . He got knocked out by Henderson afterwards somewhere but even bf that I had Lesnar winning that fight it was a bad style for Fedor in a cage environment .

So the view is was Fedor the Goat because he was dominating Pride ? Well that’s subjective there’s a few more fights style wise that could have swayed that opinion a win over a Lesnar and it wouldn’t be a question . Cain Velasquez, Lesnar and a younger Couture pose different problems maybe even JDS but at the time these guys were better fights at some point . For me an accomplishments in UFC goes further than Pride but that’s just me . So I don’t have a particular GOAT ..I feel fighters improve very fast in mma and the heavyweight who defends 5 times is the goat for me who I believe will be Ceril Ganes .

Dana White, you are good for nothing. Fedor is actually a real GOAT.
