Malignaggi does not hit hard but he has a record of brittle hands and has gone on record that he only has so many fights in him because of the state of his hands. This makes me think he is pulling his punches and taking power off them and can hit harder if he wants to.
If this is the case we might see him load up on his shots because he knows one well placed hard shot and Khan will fall like a sack of ****.

if you've ever seen 'Magic Man', the Paulie Malinaggi documentary, it goes into detail about, saying how he has had 4 operation on his right hand and cant clinch it correctly, so yeah he could punch harder. in fairness tho, he's still a weak puncher
