Keep hating on canelo for no good reason that's all you guys are good for. He'll continue to bank off you clowns.
I love Canelo. He’s an elite fighter. But you’re acting like he’s the goat. He’s not. He started his career at 140. He’s a 4 division world champion. He also can’t beat bivol on his best day. There’s no shame in that. Bivol is top is the food chain at 175. I can’t think of one fighter that started at 140 and won multiple titles at 175. Can’t even think of one tbh. So ur assessment of “canelo slacked off” if just plain asinine. Go watch bivols whole career from the amateurs. He’s really really good. One of if not the best to come out of Russia at lhw. Him or beterbiev. Great fighters can’t overcome too much size and 175 is too big for canelo bless his heart for trying not many have the balls to attempt what’s he’s already accomplished. Look at bumlovkin scared to leave 160 one weight world champ

“I'm sure he's going to take it more seriously than when he faced Bivol. Against Bivol he was not taking it very seriously,” said Golovkin to The Los Angeles Times.
Not that I think GGG would overlook Canelo one bit, but at least he's alert and expects Canelo to come in with a chip on his shoulder.

“To be honest, I wasn't paying much attention, I wasn't listening,” Golovkin said. “With his attitude he proved to be like someone of a lower level… he probably showed his true face. I was disappointed because he hasn't grown as a professional athlete."
As a human being, there's certain behaviors or emotions that creep up regardless of how old you get. How you deal with anger could be one of those things. Canelo has grown in a lot of ways, but he still gets pissed off when someone is getting the best of him in the ring. We saw it with Floyd and years later we saw it with Bivol. I won't hold it against Canelo, but yes, we all still have shades of that youthful rebellion in us.

Canelo bought into what the masses said that it would be a cakewalk and he paid for not preparing right.
Anyone who thought Canelo was going to stop Bivol full stop, let alone easily, was a complete idiot. Who has Canelo stopped that was his weight and not sabotaged that he stopped? He hasn't even dropped a world class fighter his weight.

GGG is not a great fighter. That’s why canelo was able to come up from 140lbs to MW and beat him twice albeit the 1st fight was contentious and arguably won by GGG a draw wasn’t out of touch with reality. Bumlovkin coasted the 2nd half of that fight and gave it away he has no one to blame but himself and his team, the rematch he was soundly outboxed and beaten up. A great fighter needs at least one win against another great fighter to be considered great. GGG does not have that on his resume and never will
Bivol isn't a great fighter. Hell, he hadn't even beaten a good world class fighter before the Canelo fight. He'd beaten some decent fringe world level fighters, but not proven world class. Canelo isn't a great fighter either.

Canelo wasn't a 140 fighter. He turned pro in his early teens when other fighters would be in the amateurs during this time. They'd be lighter and smaller too if they turned pro in their early teens like Mexicans do. His first real weight was 154. Stop trying to lessen the defeat by coming up with illogical excuses for him.

Canelo has been playing golf for some time. He does it to relax. But all of a sudden you think him playing golf is him "Slacking"?

As for having this supposed knowledge on boxing... Do you stare at the lampshade when boxing is on instead of taking information in? Because you're ignorant and delusional if i may say so myself. Nearly everything you come out with is utter bollocks.

You can't think of anyone who started in the 140's but became Light Heavyweight champion? Bob Fitzsimmons not only became Light Heavyweight champion, he became Heavyweight champion too.

You should go through all the Light heavy champs and look at which weights they started at. You'd be surprised at how many there are that started in the lower weights.

Golovkin is fighting Canelo at 168. So how is he scared to leave 160?

He absolutely did! Bivol is no joke. He will beat Clenelo much worse the second time. Of course Clenelo will probably make him drain down to SMW.

No, I don't like Clenelo. A lot of Mexicans don't like him either. He is definitely a first ballot HOF. He's great. He did not beat GGG the first fight. Bivol is awesome and I do believe he outboxes Beterbiev. Clenelo is so arrogant and I wish they would've made the fight he called for against Usyk at 190. He would have never been the same. I don't think he would've gone 5 rounds. Bivol outclassed him and it's going to be worse for him in the rematch. Usyk would have killed him.

Stopped reading there. As much as I think Canelo is a giant dong and a druggie I'd never go as far as to say he aint a great fighter - your pathetic, immature mentality has been revealed for all to see. I mean how do you even figure that an amateur fighter with a 345-5 record, who won World Championship gold, Olympic silver and then became two time unified middleweight champion in the professional ranks is not a great fighter? Canelo hasn't got a patch on any of that especially when you consider the way fights are strategically made for him, he is a convicted drug cheat AND should have AT LEAST 4 defeats on his record...
