Once I saw her without the weave, I understood her concern.

Her remorse was genuine, but it was way too late in coming at the end of the show, they really miscalculated on this one.
The only saving grace was that they are going to give all of the fans who attended the show a full refund.
Now if Serrano's eye isn't permanently damaged from the hair dye, she's going to have to work/fight her way back into her boxing fan's good grace's.
She can do it, because she's got a great fighting fighting spirit, and incredible heart. She definitely does care about her boxing legacy, name, fans, and country.
That's why I believe that she'll learn from this fiasco, and come back even more rejuvenated, in order to get her boxing career back on the winning track!

Just as long as her eye hasn't been permanently damaged that is, and the boxing commission's wherever she's going to be fighting have cleared her medically.

Either they let the public know on Thursday and the event turnout becomes piss poor with food and beverage sales nearly bankrupt at the colosseum or they just plow ahead, keep quiet, give the colosseum its share of alcohol sales and the other fighters fight with a packed house.
The event was fine by me. I had fun over there on Saturday and the act of good will by refunding everyone is a cherry on top even if we did lose out on seeing Amanda fight. Wish I had splurged on the $2,000 tickets to take pictures with Bud, Mosley, and Tito and then get that money refunded.
It’s a lesson for MVP promotions moving ahead. No way in hell would that have been handled in that manner by Golden Boy or Top Rank, though.
