If Wardley continues taking so many uppercuts, he is right to be concerned about his life expectancy.

Wilder couldn't even get complete palooka's out of there in 3 rounds. We've seen it many times. This was in his prime too. Now, they'd probably knock Wilder out. His last trip to the ring was one filled with a mental block to actually throw punches. That's the thing with mental midgets. They're weak.
Well, hold on there buddy. Wilder, with an Olympic medal and having defended the WBC world title TEN times against the Best opponents sanctioned by the WBC, remains the 2nd best of this stellar era, behind only the man that he fought a draw with and floored four times.

But the era is still in motion, and both Usyk and Joshua are a win away from passing Wilder out.

        But.....that hasn't happened yet.

Fans and their favorites be hanged.

With Usyk's body of work limited to Cruiserweights, Joshua and a referee's call, he'd have to better Wilder's work against Fury to rank with Wilder. And he may get that.

Joshua holds a modest quality of opposition edge over Wilder, Fury, Usyk and Ruiz. But he was CRUSHED by Ruiz in a "give up & give in" fashion that we've NEVER seen Wilder exhibit in his own loses, and thus Josh cannot rank as high as Wilder does in the era.
But Joshua is younger, and is regaining his stature at present, and we should expect him to outlast persons of Wilder's age; so he also stands a very good chance of catching up to and passing his American counterpart.

Surely, quick KOs over glass chinned MMA league boxers look great on the highlights but mean little in terms of beating good fighters.

Then why are the fans foaming at the mouth over these two cans battering each other and acting like either will ever be anything more than domestic level guys?

Why you bother writing this insanity out, i don't know. A fraud in Wilder is ahead of an ATG in Usyk and a very good world class fighter in AJ, even though he hasn't beaten a single world class opponent?

Wilder got a by in the Olympics. As soon as he fought someone with any kind of credibility, he was out of there.

Wilder lost in his 8th defence against Fury. Therefore, he only has 7 defences, not 10.

Those bums Wilder fought his whole career were not the best the WBC could come up. They were the bums the corrupt WBC and Al Haymon made sure Wilder faced to protect the coward as he was frightened and not good enough for the actual best at the weight.

AJ had his eardrum burst from the first KD against Ruiz which is why he was all over the place. He did not quit in any way. He followed the refs instructions only for it to be stopped. Compare that to Wilder against Fury in the second fight where nothing was wrong with him but he refused to throw many punches due to fear. Then watch the rematch with Ortiz where that fear was on full display again. Then watch his fight with Parker where he again displays his cowardice after shouting his mouth off.

Wilder isn't even in the top 10 from this era. Let alone being 2nd. Put the pipe down and walk away.

The level of the fighters isnt the only factor that goes into how entertaining a fight is, its about the action itself. Micky Ward had losses in double figures when he was fighting Gatti.

Sounds like you're just needlessly being a hater tbh. Would you be this bothered if it was a great fight between two American bums instead of two Euro bums?

I would see it the same way if it were two American slugs. Slugs are slugs regardless of national origin.
