Three years ago, George Kambosos Jnr had the greatest night of his career. He hasn't had a great night since...

He's a C class fighter that Teo overlooked. He got under Teo's skin and Teo went out to kill him instead of being smart. Kambosos will never beat a top 10 fighter again. He was outclassed by Haney twice in his own backyard. A med-classed Maxi Hughes beat him but was robbed! Lomachenko...need I say more? He's tough and has heart, but not very skilled.

remember that Media Tour he did after his only big win against Loophead ? He knew it was time to set up for the money to come and that he did if he could fight as well as he got out to sell he would be somebody................

Props to him for milking his long shot win in a way that Buster Douglas and Andy Ruiz couldn’t. But enough of this guy. He’ll never have another meaningful win for the rest of his life. He’s barely C class who on one night had all the stars align perfectly, it will never happen again.

Best of luck to George Kambosos. He seems like a genuinely good guy

Kambosos went from 'the delusioner' against Lopez, to 'the delusioned' overnight. He would make more sense for Paro should Hitchins become Champion.

At 135, Kambosos did fairly well and managed to survive. At 140, Kambozo will crash and get knocked out. I don't see him beating anybody notable.

This is essentially how I see it. I might give him a B-, he was able to eke out victories against Bey and Selby. That Maxi Hughes robbery was a travesty.

An excellent article, spot on with the assessment of Kambosos. I am a patriotic Aussie, but facts are facts and it's been a while since I've seen a boxer get as much mileage and make as much money as George has from one big win. Good for him as he has set himself and his family up for life financially and he's looking to top up the finances before retiring. I can see him facing Paro next provided Paro wins next week and even if George loses to Paro, he still has Teofimo Lopez who might just want an opportunity for revenge. Good luck to George, I just hope he isn't badly hurt in the process.
