I agree with this. GGG has a lot more to gain by beating Ward than the other way around.

If GGG can beat Froch, for example, the fight becomes that much bigger for both guys.

I'm willing to bet Rodriguez beats down Golovkin at 168, and fights competitively against Kovalev, probably beats him. I just don't understand why fans like to blow up fighters so much. Downplay one fighter who could possibly beat the fighters they are hyping up. Rodriguez is the perfect fight for Ward right now, he's not going to be a walk in the park. He has an awkward style and throws a lot of punches, and also has power.
How many Rodriguez fights have you seen? Seems like you missed Pryor Jr, Rosinsky, Don George and Maderna.

... And GGG is still waiting for a purse offer -- he would fight anytime...

Ward struggles to stay relevant... His Edwin Rodriguez fight is but a tune up, and everybody knows that. Anything else?
I was making a floyd-canelo reference. this larry guy seems to think ward NEEDS to move up, i say, why? he can just do what floyd does and fight the champs of that division at catchweights therefore he'll be closer to floyd's position because that's how floyd gets credit.

What does this post even mean?

He was an upcoming fighter in those fights. He won them all. What is your point?

Did you see Golovkin's fights against the two slickest fighters he's faced, Ian Gardner and Kassim Ouma?

            Answer my question bro

I wanted to say that there's no need for catch weights -- Adonis, Kovalev or Golovkin would easily fight Ward right at 168, if he wants to fight, of course...

... I see: Rodriguez is a dormant monster; Golovkin is a fraud... Sure...

I didn't see the Gardner fight, but i saw Ouma. He didn't look good, but he brutalized Ouma and retired him from boxing. No question who won. OTOH many people had Rodriguez losing to Pryor Jr and Rosinsky. This is 3 of his last 5 fights that he looked like **** against journeymen/far fringe contenders. I guess Grachev cancels all?

You mean Andre is a deadly mid-range hooker like Danny... and GGG is a brawler...
Sorry, but you don't understand much from this sport...
