Why is Provodnikov the frontrunner for Pacquiao over Bradley?

I thought Bradley would be a shoe-in for the fight. Outside of a Marquez fight it should do better PPV buys than Provodnikov, so Im wondering why is Provodnikov the frontrunner and not Bradley?

Some explanations:

1. Arum is trying to pressure Bradley to lower his demands by threatening to let Prov fight Pacquiao instead.

2. Arum wasn't satisfied with the Rios fight because Rios was doing nothing and it didnt let Pacquiao look as good as he wanted.

3. He believes Provodnikov can beat Pacquiao and he wants to cash out on Pacquiao and build Provodnikov as his next star.

4. Arum wants Bradley to resign with Top Rank in order to get the fight but Bradley is reluctant.

I also think Arum is setting up a rematch with Marquez since Marquez doesn't look like he's retiring.
Bradley also setting his eyes on Mayweather..... so I don't see him wanting to sign any contract extensions knowing he can't fight Mayweather with TR.

If true, I suspect it is because Provo is made for Pac. It might even help push Floyd to the table. I say that as a guy that picked Provo as his fighter of the year, but I don't see that fight as all that much more interesting than Pac v Rios (well, unless Pac runs himself though on a Provo shot). I think Pac clearly beat Bradley, and I'd prefer to see the rematch there, even though I'm a Pac fan and Bradley could legitimately win a rematch.

It could also be the Pac camp negotiating with Bradley.

Personally I didn't like Pac-Bradley, it was a very indecisive fight and not the type of indecisive that deserves a rematch.

Props for Bob Arum for even making Pac-Bradley in the first place, I thought it would be competitive and it was. We asked for Pac/Arum to give us Pac vs a prime undefeated versatile fighter and they did give us that. It's enough. I now prefer a new matchup, Pac vs Provodnikov. There's no need to keep doing rematch after rematch, and trilogies and all that. I want new matches.

Yea good point it wasnt an exciting fight. Pac doesnt have much fights left in him...probably max 4-5 fights no neeed to waste it on someone hes already been in there with. too bad top rank has no options. watch him fight alvarado next too lmao what a waste that would be. almost as worse as fighting clottey
