Under Garcia he has improved a lot the amount of pressure he would bring on Floyd would make it interesting especially now Floyd is getting on a bit
Maidana loads up on shots too much, easy to see coming for FMJ who will already be on his bike.

amir khan is a nutsack, he could have fought devon for the IBF welterweight title in december and still had plenty of rest time and training time to fight floyd in may and not have ring rust.

I thought that when Maidana adjusted to Khans fast hand speed he started to come on, after giving away the early rounds losing the point for the elbow and the early knockdown it was always going to be an uphill struggle for him

No he landed a wild overhand right which connected hard and changed the fight. Floyd is much better defensively than Khan.

            Adjusted after 10 straight rounds?
            R u being serious?

I wonder how long it takes with Floyd then.

            12 rds? more?

U just provided urself the answer why Maidana shouldn't fight Floyd Mayweather.

well I just hope with Khan that he lasts a couple of rounds at least, if the Mayweather we saw against Ortiz shows up with the same aggression it could be a very early night for Khan.

agree with the bold.. khan should have stayed active and beat the crap out of alexander.. would have been an easy fight for him but his inactivity could work against him.. especially against floyd..

This poll **** is wack! Of course Amir will get more votes because he has more fans! That would be like Manny taking a poll to fight either Provodnikov or Marquez. Of course Marquez would get more votes because he's more popular than Ruslan, but Ruslan has earned the fight, just like Maidana has earned the fight! What would this be telling Thurman, Porter and Lara? Bad move Floyd! Don't do it!

I know what u just think of... but casuals have no clue what's going on.

So they can use it in promo to pumping up Khan... make him look legit and dangerous threat to Floyd.
Casuals don't even know that name either!!!
