Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, Biloxi, Mississippi - Ex-beltholder Jermain Taylor (33-4-1, 20KOs), a big underdog coming in and most believed he was way past his best, was credited with four knockdowns to win a twelve round unanimous decision to capture the IBF middleweight championship from Sam Soliman (44-12, 18KOs).

I hate boxing. I can't believe this happened this way.

Please don't have him fight Quillin or Jacobs. Let him get slapped and lose without taking too much damage against N'Dam.

I did, it's a paid belt against an 40yr old man, to fix Quillen up for his next win....that's boxing. All because Quillen is scared to fight GGG.

This is a sad day in boxing..when a guy who is half ******ed beats a 40 year old cripple and wins a title

Im happy for Taylor but I also feel bad because he will get demolished by the top fighters at 160. Hopefully he doesn't get seriously hurt.

Why u think Quillin was there? I called it the moment this fight was made. Al Haymon's plan in full effect
