Abel Sanchez, trainer of superstar fighter Gennady Golovkin, feels that while Martin Murray is a worthy challenger for Triple G, he will suffer the same fate as every other boxer who has faced his fighter when they meet on February 21st in Monte Carlo.
"Martin is an accomplished fighter. He had a draw with (Felix) Sturm in Germany which I think he won and he beat (Sergio) Martinez in Argentina but was robbed. I expect Murray will be in shape and ready for the challenge but Golovkin is on a different planet right now. Golovkin is a special kind of fighter that comes along every 20 years. I expect Murray to try to fight him but once Golovkin zeroes in on him then it's not going to be a long fight," Sanchez stated.
