Tyson Fury has got more talent than Wladimir Klitschko

I am a massive Klitschko supporter but we got to face the truth.

Tyson Fury has undeniably got more "raw" talent thant Wladimir Klitschko. That#s just the way it is. That doesn't mean that he would be the favourite against him but when it comes to talent, Tyson Fury has definitely got more potential.

However Wladimir Klitschko is the ultimate professional alongside with David Haye ( when he's not faking an injury, blaming his sore toe or doing his nonsense) in the heavyweight division.

Klitschko-Fury, I think we got a potentially HUGE fight out there!

I think Wlad is easily more naturally talented than Fury. In almost every department. I also think Wlad was better at the same age than Fury is now.

But I think Fury has more of a fighting heart than Wlad does, and he has the best shot of anyone in the division to beat him.

Tyson Fury is bigger than Wladimir, but has less developed muscles (which is not raw potential though so so far we're good).

Tyson Fury does not have the same natural power mechanics as Wladimir Klitschko but that is partly due to the fact that he doesn't sit down on his shots and purposely flicks them to get maximum speed out of his 6'9" and 260lb frame and be able to string together combinations, his sheer size still giving plenty enough oomph to put a lot of hurt on guys.

In terms of his arsenal, yeah, Fury employs more punches and in combination and fights well at all distances. So I can see where you are coming from here.

But my point of contention is that Wladimir does not require combinations or uppercuts and those things are of little value to him in terms of improving upon his game. He is so good at his methods precisely BECAUSE he doesn't use combinations or the uppercut much. He has a perfected minimalist style. If Fury has the same refinement of his tools that Wlad had and the same sharpness and perfect technique, he would not need to be up close with his opponents or throw scrappy combinations either.

Wladimir has far better timing, technique and accuracy than Fury as well as power and I don't think that Fury will ever be able to match those qualities during his career.

That's not to say Fury doesn't pose a unique challenge to Wlad, he does, they are simply too different to compare like that.

I'll give you one thing, Fury is much better than generally given credit for! I think there is a small anti-British campaign here which tries to slam Fury a bit like the one for Klitschko. It's rather pathetic!

Simply put, Fury is slicker , brings more variety to the table and has a much more developed ( but sometimes clumsy) defense.

There is a 10cm reach disadvantage for Wladimir in this fight, and he is indeed 8 cm shorter.

Fury is no Wach, and James Ai Bashir must be DELUSIONAL to say that he was more worried about Wach than he would be against Fury.
