gtfo with that nonsense. GGG vs Cotto at ANY weight, both in their primes, and we'll see who stalks who around the ring.

    fúckin trolls on this site...
Agreed. People underrate GGG just as much as they overrate him. Power is a big part of what he brings, but he's got tons of boxing ability and skills that people totally overlook. He's a master at cutting off the ring and controlling distance. His chin is infinite. And yes, as boxers who have fought him and sparred with him have said, he punches like a heavyweight.

GGG > any version of Cotto.

Let me correct you on a couple of things about what you perceive GGG to be a "master" of. GGG actually doesnt cut off the open ring very well, he constantly follows and chases, sometimes even to the point of running, as evidenced by the Murray fight and a few others. He is however very adept at cutting off the ring when his opponent is on the ropes, a "master" ring cutter would be masterful at both. He doesnt control distance very well at all, he has a very limited outside range and a far more limited inside game, GGG is a very good pressure fighter, and if you paid attention you would see that his best, and strongest punches come from a very specific distance were his elbows are just slightly bent and his arms are somewhat rounded. when he is out of this range his punches are wide and loose, when hes too close he still tries to land those same exact punches in both cases accuracy and power decrease for him. Someone who has mastered distance controls the in, the out and the in between with an acute understanding of not only his own strengths and weaknesses at each of those distances but also that of his opponent. GGG's chin has not been tested so I really dont know where the "his chin is infinite" statement came from.

The reality of GGG is he has astounding power, he pressures very well when hes not chasing, and he cuts the ring very well when his opponent is on the ropes. He has a comfort zone for his most powerful punches, and he covers ground extremely well, which ironically is probably where the chasing comes from. He also generally has very good balance, although his balance looked a little off in his last fight, most likely due to the awkwardness and movement of the southpaw. All fighters have weaknesses, so does GGG, deal with it.

Especially when that same fan has his favorite fighter FIGHTING in the MW division while ****ting on Cotto for fighting MW's lol. That's all it really is you're looking too much into it.
You really are thick as a plank! I haven't even sadi Canelo is my favourite fighters - far from it!
I also haven't said Canelo is better than Cotto!

What I have said is Cotto has never and will never be a legitimate middleweight and would get obliterated by the true MW champion in GGG.

          Pavlik is obviously correct.

Cotto is obviously not a middleweight.

Not surprised that a former fighter will state the obvious, and yet the overwhelming majority of " knowledgable fans " state the opposite.

So you're only a MW if you beat GGG? So what was Murray, Geale, Monroe, Proska.... Not MW's right? He beat THE MW champion for the title, that was Sergio not GGG. Keep trying...

Pavlik understands that Cotto is not a MW.

Only haters insist Cotto is a MW. Yeah, we get it... He has the MW belt. It's shiny... It's gold colored. Does NOT make him a MW.

GGG knows this too but prefers Cotto and lil Floyd to Ward.

                Yep ^^

He weighed 153 for his last fight.

What kind of moron would attempt to argue that Cotto is a middleweight ?

Cotto needs to drop the strap and fight at 154, and girly casual boxing fans need to stop worshipping worthless ABC organisations who care even less about the sport than they do.

Oh, they could also quit that creepy man-love thing they got going for Golovkin
