The Gloves by Robert Anasi is good. Its not a training book though, more a look at the grass roots and allure of the sweet science.

There's also a book called Complete Kickboxing by Martina Sprague and Keith Livingston that is very thorough. Yes, I know kickboxing is in the title, but it with something around 450 pages of text and many photos, it has some very useful tips for boxers as well.

A book came out last year called "Workouts from boxing's greatest champs." It basically just has a bunch of interviews with basically the same questions with various current or past champs/contenders. Its not really the best, but some of the responses are pretty interesting and incitefull, and some of the training methods they talk about seem pretty legit. Another book I've read is "The Greatest: My Story" by Muhammad Ali with Richard Durham. Its not a training book and it was a very boring read so I wouldn't really recomend it. However, from pages 357-365, he talks about training methods and it was actually very interesting. If your ever in the library you might want to have a look at it. I know these probably aren't the best training books, just the ones I have read.
