Comments Thread For: Fury: At Times I Played With Klitschko, Rematch is Easier

Tyson Fury claims the world only got to see around "65 percent" of his ability as he dethroned former heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko in Germany.

The 27-year-old scored a unanimous points decision over the Ukrainian, who had been undefeated in over a decade, and says he could have gone to 15 rounds with ease.

Fury, who captured the WBA Super, WBO and IBF titles in Dusseldorf, even went as far as telling Sky Sports News HQ he was unhappy with his performance.

It was boring. But it also wasn't close.

It's true. He did play with him.

No one has ever done that to Klitschko. Take away his confidence and play with him for 12 rounds, coming out looking like an oil painting and getting the German crowd singing along for an epic serenading of his wife.

The fight wasn't the best but hey it was a heavyweight fight with a Klitschko in it.

I have never seen a Wlad opponent dance around with both hands behind his back. I was shouting at Fury to get his hands up when he did that.

I needn't have worried, by that time Klitschko was befuddled, lacking in confidence and aware that by the time he stepped in Fury either wouldn't be there or he would be countered by Fury's quicker hands.

I don't know what Klitschko could do in a rematch to alter the outcome apart from throw caution to the wind and charge forward, and/or foul and headbutt.
