Not necessarily a bad stoppage but I would have liked to have seen it let go a little longer.

It was fair I guess. The ref acted like a knockdown just took place, so in a way he could have given an 8 count as his back was turned and I dont think he knew if Quillin went down or not. He was hurt though fairly bad and it was mostly Peter's fault for not taking a knee.

Early 1st round stoppages like that bug me in a way. Cold stoppages bother me because we could have missed out on a great fight. If Peter would have just taken a knee, he could have weathered the early storm.

Just listen to the damn post fight interview. That will tell you everything you need to know with Quillin slurring terribly

Very good stoppage unless you wanted to see Quillin killed or badly hurt

Quillin ****ed up and never took a knee. He was out on his feet with Danny swinging for the fences, he could've been seriously hurt. That's how this sport is supposed to work where you beat a man til he's done but not past.

If Dock would've allowed it to go on, and Peter stumbles out there and gets executed everyone would be going crazy about how it should've been stopped earlier. This is a much better ending.

People saying it was a good stoppage, what do you make of the ref stepping in just after the last right hand landed? when no knockdown had happened and before he even saw Quillin's eyes?.....

It was clear icompetence by the ref which robbed us of a more satisfying ending.

you need a 3rd choice, "ok stoppage, but I wouldnt have minded seeing Quillin on the floor"

Hard to know for sure but that ref sure rushed in to stop it.
