I've been a huge backer of Canelo. And if he doesn't fight GGG in Sept. I'm done! That means he WASTED EVERYONE'S f'n time!!! He's always kept his word. I'm just glad this is ODH saying this instead of Saul. Saul even after Cotto said bring on GGG... He needs to keep his word like always.

It's **** like this that makes it hard to defend this damn sport. It's pathetic how desperately Oscar is trying to keep canelo away from golovkin,with excuses like "he hasn't fully matured into a middlweight" and "the fight needs to marinate to attract more people". The only thing that I'm seeing here is Oscar trying to play the waiting game,and taking advantage of canelos youth. If they're waiting for ggg to get old over night,that might just bite them in the ass,because the longer that they wait,the harder it is for canelo to make his 155lb catchweight. But who knows,maybe he's moving up to 156 in 2017.

So you'd rather hate on the guy trying to unify titles instead of the guys ducking him? If a person can make a weight, then they have a right to fight at that weight, especially when the guy only rehydrates 7 pounds on fight night....you get that? He weight 167 on fight night, he doesn't rehydrate to 175 or anything like that.

SMH.....they aren't caving in to Nelo's demands man. At least not while GGG is the WBC mandatory. Nelo is on that diva schit, even when he would outweigh "lil g" by 15 pounds on fight night, "lil g" would still break him in half.

Oscar should stop using the word marinate and in general should stop talking about the GGG fight. Because at the end of the day right now it doesn't matter what he or GGG 's team says. Their not going to force Golden Boy into committing that they will fight GGG next.

The proof will be in the 15 days after the Khan fight if or when both guys beat Khan and Wade. Those guys shouldn't be taken lightly.

This is not going to be an even negotiation. It's going to be a 70/30 negotiation clearly going in Canelo's favor. The only thing I wouldn't budge on if I am GGG's team is the weight limit.

Till then what's the point of continuing to bring up these two if they still got fights they need to concentrate on in the next few months?
