They don't have to do it in the UK. Brook had expressed his willingness to travel in the US for a Garcia fight weeks ago. This is a relatively big fight (especially these days when fans are looking for meaningful fights) to be done locally. It has to be done in a world stage, in the US that is. Garcia doesn't have to travel.
