Marlon Wright is that same POS from the Bute-Andrade fight. The guy isn't worth a 2 cent whore

First he calls no knockdown when Dimitrenko went down. And rightfully so because Parker was pushing him down.

Then once Parker lands the illegla low blow while AD is on the ground, instead of warning Parker or penalizing Parker, Wright tells AD to get up. Once he realizes he can't get up because he's in pain, Wright just starts randomly counting.

WTF? No time to recover because of the illegal blow?

Marlon Wright is a paid fraud that should have no work when it comes to any major fights in the near future.

New zealand fighter that fights almost exclusively in NZ, on course to for two possible belts dependant on WBO stripping Fury... more chance of seeing a Ricky Burns becoming undisputed super lightweight champ than Parker getting disqualified today

To be fair that was definitely an illegal blow by Parker as Dimitrenko was clearly down on his knee. Luckily for Parker the ref was not in clear sight and did not see the illegal punch. I don't think it warranted a disqual but an admonishment and Dimitrenko should have been afforded some time to recover. This is an another example of why boxing should have instant replay...

Let's say the ref didn't see it, which I do think he saw the foul, but let's say he didn't see it.

First, Marlon called it a no knockdown. Then he asked AD to get up. Once he saw he wasn't getting up, then he just start counting. WTH?

Not to mention, the move he pulled years ago against Bute-Andrade. Either this guy is completely incompetent or he's on someone's payroll. Either way, he doesn't need to do any big fights, if any fights at all.

He's the same damn age as Golovkin you fool.

That illegal blow was clear cut and even in the heat of the fight Parker knew what he was doing there.

The point is, Dimentrenko didnt want time to recover, he was looking for a DQ here, yes the reff was a total shambles but look at the moments before, dimentrenko is wobbled at least twice, he is clearly hurt and he was looking for a way out.

like i said, once a quitter always a quitter. he looked for ways out before and he did it here again.

watch the 45 seconds before he went down to a knee. he was wobbled several times and loking for a way out dude.

agreed the reff was fugging terrible tho, i think he panicked when he realised AD had no intention of wanting time to recover.
