Actual boxing fans care. This is great news for boxing, particularly for British boxing fans. Warren's own shows might pick up a bit but more importantly there will be the international fights.
This is good for UK boxing. Hearns had a monopoly on the british market for a while & hes been serving us some **** cards. Hopefully frank can get non sky big names such as haye, Groves, Frampton, Degale, Selby & fury if he returns to fight on BT & give sky some real competition thus making hearn up his game..
This is massive news for Boxnation, this move increases their customer base 30 fold if not more. The platform and profile this gives to Frank's shows is levels better than what's operated with as an indie channel. With the infrastructure of a huge broadcaster like BT, the marketing opportunities, the budget for better production, they've basically levelled the playing field with Hearn and Sky, or are close to doing.

This can only be a good thing for boxing, obviously British boxing in particular which is going through something of a revival right now. With luck it should provide the funding to bring more big fights to the UK.
This is great news on one side of the coin. More international fights and hopefully more international fighters signing with Warren as Ortiz as just done with Hearn. African fighters like Commey might have different options that would allow them to get bigger fighters sooner. Is it too much to hope that Rigo could get one or 2 fights a year this route?
On the flip side this all but ensures that Warren and Hearn fighters will never meet as their will be networks issues between Sky and BT. Just like Showtime and HBO.
