I agree with the other mismatches you listed, there should be straight suspensions of promotional licenses for any promoter who tries to repeatedly push through fights of this caliber.

Also, the regulatory bodies are in it for themselves, even calling them regulatory bodies is a joke. That's why I call for an independent watchdog to deny or accept fight proposals.
