Just because he didnt blast Bellew out in 5 rounds, doesnt mean he was struggling, sometimes it takes a little longer, sometimes a knockout doesn't come.
Bellew came in there with a gameplan, which was to simply survive, by rounds for and 4 -5, he started getting tagged more and more, and then round 6 Hayes injury occurred.
Bellew was a stone lighter than Haye, he is naturally the lighter man, so he used his feet to move around more, for Haye it was a case of trying to pin the tail on the donkey, by round 4 Bellew started to gas a little. It was only a matter of time till Haye would land that punch combo
