Come-forward I agree but not ******ly as Takam does. Why did he lose to Povetkin? He stayed within range repeatedly to receive uppercuts which eventually led to his demise. AJ has faster hands than Povetkin and will be looking to either fight at distance or throw those uppercuts in close range. AJ's uppercut seems like his best shot.

Hearn’s plan is fine but the trouble is....Whyte beats Wilder.

Wilder is absolutely ****e. AJ would walk through him with ease. I’m not a massive AJ fan and recognise he has flaws but he’s light years ahead of Wilder. It’s actually a mismatch.

For the real test for AJ, we really need to see Fury sort himself out. Now that would be a proper fight...and I’d slightly favour Fury if he was at his best.

Why the hell does that fight warrant a rematch?

You obviously don't see the skills that I see. Against an elite HW like Povetkin (who was on PED's) Takam stood in the pocket and relied on his boxing skills. He done great for 6 rounds before getting hurt to the body and slowing down.

Povetkin is a top HW and broke him down (on PED's). Takam was equal skill level until that body-shot.

Takam will put it on AJ mark my words.

Whyte beats Wilder, Eddie Hearn knows it, Wilder knows it and deep down his fans know it. This is why Hearn is pushing so hard for it and why Wilder and Di Bella are running so hard from it.

Is Whyte really that good? no not really but is better than Wilder, he has a solid chin is aggressive and is a significant level above Stiverne who Wilder could not knockout. The prospect of Whyte absolutely terrifies Wilder. Despite being a career high pay day and the fastest route to AJ Wilder clearly wants no part of it and it is clear to see.

The bodysnatcher is coming for you Deontay!

It's the reason we want the Wilder and Joshua fights again. Whyte bring excitement and guaranteed entertainment, as proven against Joshua and Chisora.

I don't believe any one thinks Whyte is a world beater, but he will bring it to Joshua and Wilder for sure.
                Excellent points.

Thanks pal. I wish Wilder's fans would give in and accept the fact that Whyte is a big fight and would be entertaining beyond anything Wilder has been involved with.

Lol boy i just wonder how the Brits would feel if the roles were reverse. Clear ducking from Champ to Champ. Lennox Lewis would not approve pf this lol. He's awfully quiet on this matter!!

These series of soft interviews have revealed that the man does not want to test himself against the bigges threat facing him.

Competition is something the great athletes want, and they want it right away.

I get the feeling AJ is not going to be half as great as everyone thinks, and I am not just talking about his continued failure to pass the chin check, I am talking about what he is made of inside.
Never heard or seen recent heavyweights that act this way. Bowe comes to mind which is why im curious to hear from Mr. Lewis..
