Multiple youtube channels reporting that Eddie Hearn threatens to sue WBC (and Wilder) if they allow Wilder-Fury 2 to happen. Eddie wants the fight to be with Dillian Whyte.

Don't understand how that will work. Wilder just made a mandatory so he doesn't need to do it again for some time. Also, Fury was mandated ahead of Whyte by WBC for the rematch, so won't Wilder-Fury be mandatory anyway?

Whyte ain't getting any mandatory until he fights eliminators and won't get voluntary as long as he is with Eddie Hearn.

His next mandatory will not be called before 12 months of that fight at the earliest. If Wilder beats Ortiz and Fury handles his business, the fight should happen around March-April of 2020. So Hearn really has no case here. Now, for the trilogy fight? That is different and the winner will likely have to face Whyte before they fight their third fight.
