With that being said, Kovalev is a more dangerous opponent than dervey. But let's not pretend that Canelo is facing the 2014 version of Kovalev because we know that wouldn't happen. Neither are you Canelo by fighting a man who is also low risk. This fight is a set up. 1- Fact: Derevyanchenko declined 5.5 mil to fight Alvarez and Is now fighting GGG for the same amount. Seems like he chose to face GGG instead of Alvarez because he thinks he has a better shot at beating GGG than Canelo. So who ducked who?

2- fact: Most professional fighters and Trainers, not biased media or fanboi’s. But educated experts in the sweet science seen Alvarez win both fights. They seen Alvarez outbox him in the first fight and beat the Mexican outta him in the second.

3- Fact: You act as if Cinnamon is the first fighter to ever move up in weight and fight the easiest champ in the division. Especially moving up not 1 but 2 division where he’s never fought before. Even the Great RJJ did it when he moved up to fight John Ruiz.

And lastly. GGG is fighting the weakest champ in his own division, not 2 division up but in the division he’s been fighting his whole career. And your over here acting like he’s taking a bigger risk than Alvarez just cuz he’s a 3-1 favorite and not a 4-1. Fanboi please. But whatever helps you to believe your own nonsense. Lol. Put down the Canelo pom-poms bruh. What do you think he's doing? DLH has said since the last fight to get a belt, then they can talk about a 3rd fight. He is going after a belt so he can negotiate a 3rd fight. All GGG cares about is getting that 3rd fight for the cash & the glory he'll only get fighting/beating Canelo. He's past everything else. WBC gave Canelo a "franchise" belt & handed Charlo the full title for a reason.

GGG didn't seem all that interested in belts when Andrade was the only available belt holder though.
