Once Joshua's head gets rocked again he will start having flashbacks of the first fight.
A brain that has been scrambled will be more susceptible to having it happen again.

Andy is chubby on the outside, but is strong and fast. If he was all fat, he couldn't take what AJ was dishing out. He took it on the chin, got up, then he clobbered AJ. So obviously there's plenty of muscle under that fat. Not only that, but he has stamina. He's not a fat guy trying to conserve energy or steal rounds. He lets those hands go. He isn't sitting around waiting for something to happen. He takes it to your face and makes something happen. He forces you to fight him. So his opponent ends up being the one looking for a breather. He fights nothing like what he looks like, which is why the general boxing rule book doesn't apply to him, and why you have to love him. Andy is special- chubby, smiling, baby face that's aggressive, has a solid chin, fast hands, a dangerous punch, and skills. He also has no fear. That's a lot of qualities that are being overlooked. No one is talking about these things. All people see is the weight. Same mistake AJ made.

Andy just has a poor diet but he trains like a world class athlete & has strong legs.
He doesnt need to shock his body and crash diet or cut weight as a HW to impress anyone. He has the money now for people to add & subtract calories. A steady 1.5-2lb a week weight loss over 8 weeks is perfect. Turning fat to muscle is beneficial to the heart but even that needs moderation. Basically he needs to stick to what got him there & fine tune the diet.

I'd be more worried for Joshua if Ruiz was still tubby. Regardless of how he looked aesthetically, he was obviously 100% in tune with his body on June 01st. That might not be the case if he's dropped 14lbs or more, as Iron Mike has said; "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".
