Will/Does Wilder deserve being sued for everything he owns?Is it a crime?

Ok quick prologue,I know I made a thread saying that its biased because Ggg gets no hate for what he did to those that brought him up but Wilder does by the same ppl defending ggg. But I feel nobody is talking about whats actually important in all this:should Wilder be censored by WBC the way other fighters have been for far less? Should he be suspended for his bs?(remember when his wanting a body comment almost got him suspended allegedly)

I never had anything against Wilder before the Fury rematch(& I still think he deserves a rematch from Fury because Fury should honor the agreement considering Wilder gave him a rematch clause had Fury lost(in both fights) & Wilder gave him 50% too.)

That said I never in my life have seen someone hit such rock bottom as Wilder in such a short amount of time. And I have never seen such depravity in boxing from Wilders fanbase & him.(I've seen countless Wilder fans say they believe his slander)(if you think Wilders telling truth explain how)

Its a known fact that Wilder is provably full of sht because theres pre & post fight drug testing that can detect a single grain of any substance basically. To top it off its provably bs that Fury cheated in with gloves as that also makes zero sense as anyone whos laced up gloves Should know.

But the reason I'm making this thread is about whether Wilder should be sued into oblivion for falsely reporting of a supposed crime?(Wilder accused Breland of illegally drugging him & of conspiring against him) What Wilder is accusing Breland of to me is almost just as bad as metoo btches that lie about being ****d decades after & get ppl jailed without evidence & careers/lives ruined. Brelands career is ruined Because of Wilders cowardis diva ways & he now has to deal with rediculous slander from Wilder fans for the rest of his life & other pbc fighters won't hire him because of guaranteed blowback.

I was reading Brelands ig post about Wilder & it made me think Wilder has to have been the worst diva in boxing history in the way he treats his team. I believe every word of it considering what hes done to Breland.

So I felt bsn should have a mock sentencing where we decide what Wilder truly deserves.

Should he be sued by Breland for mils, should the police get involved where they give Wilder the choice of pressing charges in which case he puts up or stfu?

I'm not sure about deserves to be sued but the statements he's making could probably be construed as libelous. Breland & Fury should sue him. But when you file a lawsuit you also open yourself up to discovery.

Breland has grounds and he should IMO, but it seems the years he spent with Wilder are keeping him from pursuing any court case atm.
It doens't help his case that he stood back and took the money when he knew Wilder wasn't willing to put the effort in.
Other than that, Breland seems a gent and doesn't deserve the shi1 being flown his way.
It looks to me like Jay Deas pulls the strings in the Wilder gym, and with his pampering of Wilder to stay in a preferable role, has wasted such an enormous talent.
Genuinly, could you imagine a Wilder who put the effort in, a scary thought.

Great point,after reading Brelands IG post I realized that everything I been saying about Deas being a terrible coach is actually truer than I thought (I only based my slanting of his abilities on the fact Wilder never learned how to properly box)

After reading Brelands insights it painted a crystal clear picture of a pampered Diva who thinks he walks on water & a gym full of inexperienced,unskilled yes men who operate based on loyalty rather than ability. I think Wilder was discovered by Deas as a raw prospect,& diamond in the rough sorta speak,& Wilder never learned what a terrible trainer he was because he thought his r hand was thors hammer & Deas made sure to be a yesman to keep his status.(basically Deas is a talent scout who hit the lottery because nobody else got to Wilder 1st,then Wilder never learned anything including how to spot a unskilled, inexperienced fraud from an actual experienced boxer like Breland)

I was floored by the insights Breland provided,it exposed what should be obvious about Wilder,never has a fighter had such emotional issues along w such a swollen head & hammer R hand.

Pretty much exactly how I see it. I'm intrigued into Wilders next move.
The fact that the abritration process was all about compensation and now knowing his mental laziness (The "King" shouldn't have to jump rope mentality), makes me think that there is a chance we sadly may never see him in the ring again.

Unless Breland sues, ofcourse. Then Wilder will be left chasing the best payday he can.

No I don't have it mixed up. A discovery in civil case can lead to a criminal prosecution also. That's how Kwame Kilpatrick went to jail the first time. Discovery of text messages, in a civil trial, showing he had an affair with his chief of staff led to perjury which led to a criminal trial.

The thing is what could Breland possibly need to hide?(he doesn't talk to anyone,& hes angry that podcast got under his skin to speak on Wilder(he had said he would only go on the show if zero questions about Wilder)

I genuinely think Breland is very dumb if he doesn't sue Wilder & I think he isn't going to because thats just the type of person he is.(Breland is not perfect,& no saint. But he carried himself with dignity throughout Wilders publicity whoring)

To open breland to discovery in civil would lead to what?A pattern or history of drugging his own fighters or encouraging them to wear outrageous costumes or aiding and abetting a rere and help making him rich .Your talking about a ****ing idiot in your case .Most civil cases don�t end in criminal charges.Would they find text messages from breland to fury confirming he doped the water.
