It's the left hook to the body. I've been perfecting this shot for years, and not I don't even need to throw it hard to make it work. Just turn my hip calmly and it's pretty mean. It's like a 3/4 hook uppercut, perfect for turning over for a hook up top. I've been working on my right and a lot, I used to have a ty one but I've made it a pretty decent shot. I'm working on getting my uppercut into top form, but it's hard cuz I can't throw it at a bag.

hOT CHICK in your avatar. You wanna know how to throw the left hook to the body. What you do is you bend your left knee and hip to the left, then throw a left hook, turning your left hip up and digging it in.

Oh the uppercut, I do but I tend to sc**** my knuckles, even under the wraps and gloves.

I know how to throw every punch in the book.

I was saying about the uppercut to that bag, which you got in your next post.

i love my straight right its not the most powerful but its very quick and sneaky because i switch from jab straight right combo to lead rights, so far its been pretty effective but id like to develop a sharp powerful overhand right

All it requires is a slight variation on the angle that you throw it at. You wouldnt throw it at the bag like you would throw it at another human, for example. When you are in sparring you are looking to dig it under their chin so it has to come up almost vertical. On the bag you go at it at a 45 degree angle so you dont damage your hand.
