for the people who say - i dont have time

    yall is lame.
i experienced training in all aspects. i started off training with a fulltime job 35-45 hours a week. and i managed to train 5-6 days a week, for a solid year. and literally took barely any time off from the gym, 1-2 weeks here and there but i was a gym rat at first, after my first fight. i began to train harder, and switched jobs and had a much easier job and it was p/t so i had so much time for boxing, basiclly like having no work, just boxing. i had 20 hrs a week ... i trained for 4-5 months and had another fight..... then i went on and went to college, andddd worked part time 20-25 hrs a week, and do boxing on top of it 5 days a week, gym and running. so for all the people who say they dont got time. thats some bull, cuz if u love boxing, u make it part of ur life, u fit it into ur schedule..

ima continue to fight on and hopefully one day i go professional.

no matter if i had one job, and boxed
    or no job and boxed
    or two jobs and boxed
or skewl fulltime and part time job and boxed

i always put in the work. and have realized from my fights it takes just that, work. and a lot of hard ass work.

    train hard boxers

its understandable that it is possible in some cases with a job and college but it depends on where your priorities are at. some people going to college take up to 19 units and still have a p/t or f/t job + put in all the studying needed which is something like at the last 1 hour per unit per week and depending on the class it can be atleast 6-9+ hours of studying per class. if you do the math with a f/t job its work 40, school 19x2(class + *minimum study time*), and 40 hours of sleep(8 hours a day) your left with 2 personal hours total for 5 days not including commuting time, eating, etc. but i agree that if you really love it youll find some way to make time for it but it always depends on the situation. good post for discussion.

for me its not the time thats the problem.. i just keep getting injured at work lol.. one week i got sick for looking for a car in the rain.. next week i got my hand caught in an electric drill(between the key and handle while i was trying to loosen the chuck and accidentally bumped the trigger on the table).. the next week i bruised my knuckle when i was loosening a tight bolt with a spanner then when it finally cracked loose, the momentum made me hit my knuckle on a pretty sharp edge.. got back into training the next week.. then following week, which was this monday, after refitting a rear bumper back onto a prado, i stood up and rammed my forehead into one of the studs on the rear wheel carrier! got 3 stitches for it.. i dunno how long im gonna have to wait now.. all i can do for now is light shadow boxing at home lol

Basically said what I was gonna say except gave an example... some people just can't find the time its impossible, understanding you should try to find the time fair enough... but where all human and some people just can't.

Sounds like you need a new job, before you kill yourself. Lol

I work a hard labor job and I still make room to go to the gym. I just gotta suck it up. How I do this is by telling myself I don't wanna do this the rest of my life and I'm off.
