I heard the prices for Winning gear was going up and i was thinking about getting a cup from them in a few months. So i emailed Mr. Kazumichi(winning-usa distributor) and asked him about it. He said it was true and he was very disapointed about it in his 13 years of work this has never happend.
Customer Service.
So i went ahead and ordered the cup to save myself the 30 dollars. Medium size ranges from 28-32 while Large ranges from 30-34. I have a 30 waist so i decided to go with the medium(dont want it to be too big). I got an email form Mr. Kazumichi later saying that he has a medium boxed up but thinking i need a large. He also tells me the large is out of stock and he would need to order one form japan or i could have one sent to me from japan for 20 dollar shipping.
I go ahead and give him a call the next day and ask him about the sizing. He tells me that pacquiao wears a large while mayweather wears a medium. I still couldnt decide so i just said send me the medium and if it is too small i will send it back and wait for a large. He said that is fine.
Now 2 days later i get 2 packages. One from Mr. Kazumichi himself from california and one from tokyo japan. He 2 dayed me a large from japan and sent me the medium AND ONLY CHARGED ME FOR ONE CUP NO SHIPPING. If this isnt the best customer service idk what is. He trusted a complete stranger with his products. Great guy and it turns out i do actually need the large.

Product.
I got the cup and wore it today, it fits amazing. Very flexible and lightweight. Not stiff like Grant pro cup and it fits very comfortably. You can move with it well and it holds your package very good. I probably wont ever use another cup.
The flexibility is what amazes me the most, still protective but the upper part of the cup moves with you, people worry about the synthetic leather but it is very durable and well made.
