When ever i throw a hard left hook (left is my weak hand) it seems that all the veins inside my hand, wrist and forearm move about and it kind of tingles, why?

All of your veins tingle?...I doubt it's your veins. I'm working on sheer speculation here because i've never heard or had this but;
1) Are you wearing hand wraps? - If no, wear them.
2) Make sure your hand wraps aren't too tight.
3) Check your left hook technique.
4) Failing being one of those from the above, what are the quality of your gloves like? -
